Summer is finally here. This smoothie with a little frozen pineapple, mango and banana is the perfect way to cool off in the heat to come. Especially with all the spinach added (that you can't even taste), this makes sure that you get your greens in. Of course you can replace the spinach with kale or other greens of your choice, I just think spinach has the least amount of taste when you blend it up.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks, or about 4-5 cubes
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup (or a huge handful) frozen spinach
- 2 tsp coconut butter
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides; or other vanilla protein of choice
- 1 cup cashew or almond milk
- splash of coconut water
optional: 1 tsp maca, 1 tsp chia seeds
