Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Crunchy PB Cups

What else to do on a Sunday then throw chocolate with peanut butter to make something sweet? These so similar to normal peanut butter cups except these are made with only four real ingredients and takes about 30 minutes. Boom. Chocolate craving satisfied without any extra sugar or processed nonsense.

Makes: about 12 PB cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips, or the darkest you can find

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup all natural crunchy PB

  • sea salt to taste (like a sprinkle)

Steps

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute, stir until melted and smooth.

  2. Place mini cupcake sheets (idk what they're actually called...) in a baking pan and spray with coconut oil cooking spray. Pour about 1 tsp melted chocolate into the bottom and place in freezer for 10 minutes.

  3. Once cooled, place about 1 tsp crunchy PB on top of chocolate, then another teaspoon of melted chocolate on top. Place in freezer for about 2 minutes then add sea salt. Set back in freezer for another 1o minutes.

  4. Remove from the pan and enjoy, keep refrigerated

TIP: these are AMAZING frozen, they taste like an ice cream bar
