For all of you who live in OKC, this is my recreation of a lighter version of the "muscle westbrook" at Organic Squeeze. It's my favorite smoothie there by far and this is the closest combination I've gotten to it. I've been trying to make more smoothies in the morning because it's so easy. You get to sneak veggies in even in the morning when you're not really feeling like downing some broccoli or spinach in the early a.m. like.

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 C. frozen blueberries
1 handful baby spinach
2 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup almond or cashew milk
optional: 1-2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender and blend away until smooth
