Coconut Banana 'Nice' Cream

I have heard so much about frozen "nice cream" and seen so many good recipes, but this was my first time to actually give it a go. I decided to do a coconut banana nice cream with a little bit of cinnamon and it turned out so good. I didn't really know what ingredients to throw in, plus I wanted something a little more flavorful and fun than just plain bananas. So I just worked with what ingredients I already had. I will eventually try to experiment with different flavors, but I'll just play it safe for today at least. I was so surprised at how creamy this turned out!

These are the most basic and easy ingredients and steps to make it, so you can't really beat that when it comes to making a simple dessert in a time of need for ice cream cravings.

Ingredients

- 3 very ripe frozen bananas

- 1/4 C. lite coconut milk

- 2 tsp coconut sugar

- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Steps

1. blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth

2. put in a cute container and freeze for at least an hour
