Okay so I've seen star fruit everywhere and didn't really know what I thought about it, so I decided to try it. I thought it was going to be sour but it was actually really good. It almost tastes like a cross between a grape and an apple... sounds weird but I promise it's worth a try. The Spirulina in this bowl combined with the chia seeds gives this bowl not only a lot of protein, but some fiber to go with it. One tablespoon of spirulina has 6 grams of protein (which is a lot considering it's an algae). The dark greenness of it can be intimidating but I promise you won't even be able to taste it or the benefits:)
