Strawberry Chia Jam


You can spread this on anything from toast with greek yogurt, throw it into your oats or overnight oats, smoothies, chia seed pudding, PB&J, or just straight up eat it plain (guilty).

Ingredients

- 2 C strawberries

- 2 Tbs chia seeds - 1 tsp honey

- pinch of pink sea salt

- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

- stevia, 1 packet powdered or 10 drops liquid

Steps

1. put chia seeds in little bowl and cover with water, set aside and let soak for 20 min 2. after chia seeds have soaked, add everything to blender / food processor and blend to desired consistency
