Ingredients
- 1/3 C rolled oats (or quick oats)
- 3/4 C water
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2-5 drops liquid stevia
- almond milk
- 1 tsp Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice PB
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pecans
Steps
1. cook oats with water according to directions, add pinch of salt and remove from heat
2. stir in chia seeds, stevia, and cinnamon then add splash of almond milk for a slightly creamier texture
3. top with Wild Friends Pumpkin Spics PB, maple syrup, and pecans
